How to Add a GPS Device
Who this is for:
Admins, Data Managers, ICT Officers
Prerequisites:
GPS device must be active and identifiable
Steps
Navigate to GPS Devices.
Click + Add.
Enter device ID and group (if applicable).
Save.
Troubleshooting
GPS Offline
Check device power
Ensure SIM/data active
Check hardware installation.
Duplicate device ID → ensure unique identifier.
Wrong location
Reboot GPS device
Check that correct device is mapped to correct ambulance
Device malfunction → escalate to ICT
When to Raise a Ticket
GPS offline >10 minutes
Wrong GPS shown across multiple vehicles
Device not detectable in system
