Prerequisites:

  • GPS devices mapped to vehicles.

  • Device powered and connected

Overview

Ambulensi uses GPS data to calculate ETA and track movement.

Steps

  1. Open Incident Map.

  2. Click an ambulance icon.

  3. View live location and ETA.

  4. Use routing to estimate delays.

Troubleshooting

  • ETA missing → device offline.

  • No movement for long periods

    • Confirm vehicle is actually mobile

    • Weak/No network in area possible

When to Raise a Ticket

  • GPS consistently offline across multiple units.
