Open Incident Map.
Click an ambulance icon.
View live location and ETA.
Use routing to estimate delays.
Troubleshooting
ETA missing → device offline.
No movement for long periods
Confirm vehicle is actually mobile
Weak/No network in area possible
When to Raise a Ticket
