How to Access the Ambulensi Analytics Dashboard

Prerequisites:
Reporting module enabled for your organisation.
Steps


Log in to Ambulensi.
Navigate to Analytics or Dashboard tab (depending on configuration).
Select the reporting period (day/week/month/custom).
View summary charts, tables, and key indicators.
Common Metrics Displayed
Total incidents
Active vs closed incidents
Average time from dispatch → scene → hospital
Ambulances on duty vs off-duty
