All Ambulensi users, especially new team members.

Overview

Ambulensi uses a role-based access system.

Roles and Permissions

Role

Primary Functions

Admin / Super Admin

Full platform access, system setup, analytics

Dispatch Manager / Dispatcher

Manage all incidents, assign ambulances

EMT / Crew

Update incident status from field, complete PCR

Vehicle Operator

View assigned trips (usually mobile only)

Data Manager

Manage fleet, facilities, GPS, and Patient Care Records

Troubleshooting

  • Missing functions usually indicate the wrong role assignment.

When to Raise a Ticket

  • Role assigned incorrectly and Dispatch Admin cannot fix it.
