  • Filter by status

  • Sort by date/time

  • Search by caller name or incident ID

  • View all resolved cases

Steps

  1. Navigate to Incident List.

  2. Use filters at the top to refine view.

  3. Click incident to view details.

Troubleshooting

  • No results → check filter settings.
