Crew must consistently update statuses.

Metrics Include

  • Number of incidents per EMT

  • Response time compliance percentage

  • PCR completion rate

  • Shift workload distribution

Steps

  1. Navigate to Analytics.

  2. Select Crew Performance.

  3. Filter by crew member or date range.

Troubleshooting

  • Low performance metrics may indicate offline data that did not sync.
