How to Update Ambulance Crew (Operators & EMTs)
Who this is for:
Admins, Dispatch Managers
Prerequisites:
Ambulance must already exist in the fleet
Steps
Go to Ambulances.
Search and select the ambulance.
Click Edit.
Scroll to Ambulance Crew section.
To add new crew:
Click the dropdown → + Add New Crew
Enter user details
Save
To remove an operator:
Click X next to the operator’s name
Troubleshooting
Cannot add crew → user account may not be created yet.
Removing operator fails → refresh browser and retry.
