Prerequisites:

Export permissions enabled.

Steps

  1. Open Analytics or Incident List.

  2. Apply filters as needed.

  3. Click Export (CSV, Excel, or PDF format depending on build).

  4. Save the file.

  • Quality improvement programmes

Troubleshooting

  • Export button greyed out → insufficient permissions.
