  • Do not share screenshots externally.

  • Personal devices must be secured (PIN/password/biometrics).

User Responsibilities

  • Keep passwords confidential.

  • Log out on shared devices.

  • Report lost/stolen devices immediately.

  • Avoid exporting data unless authorised.

Troubleshooting

  • If unauthorised access is suspected → change password immediately.
