Prerequisites:

Access to Support module.

Steps

  1. Click Support on navigation menu.

  2. Select Submit a Ticket.

  3. Complete:

    • Subject

    • Priority

    • Description - what to Include

      • Exact error message

      • Your role (Admin/Dispatcher/EMT)

      • Steps taken before error

      • Screenshots

  4. Submit ticket.

When to Raise a Ticket

  • After all basic troubleshooting steps fail.
