How to Update Your Profile Information
Who this is for:
All users.
Prerequisites:
Logged into Ambulensi.
Steps
Click your profile icon or name.
Select Profile.
Update fields such as:
Designation
Contact information
Save changes.
Troubleshooting
Fields not editable → Role does not permit changes.
When to Raise a Ticket
You cannot update critical information such as phone number.
