Changing Your Password from Your Profile

Who this is for:

All users

Prerequisites:

  • Must be able to log in

  • Access to profile section

Steps

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. Select Change Password.

  3. Enter old password.

  4. Enter new password twice.

  5. Save.

Troubleshooting

  • Incorrect old password → Reset via email.
