Editing Patient Demographics or Clinical Information

Who this is for:

Dispatchers, EMTs, Admins

Prerequisites:

Existing Patient Care Record.

Steps

  1. Open Patients module.

  2. Select the patient to edit.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Update:

    • Name

    • Age/DOB

    • Gender

    • Phone number

    • Notes

  5. Save changes.

Clinical Information (Additional Notes)

  • EMTs may add notes related to assessment or treatment.

  • Only authorised users should modify sensitive patient details.

Troubleshooting

  • Edit button unavailable → insufficient permissions.
