How to Log In to Ambulensi

Who this is for:

All Ambulensi users (Admins, Dispatchers, EMTs, Drivers)

Prerequisites:

  • Active Ambulensi account

  • Correct email and password

  • Internet connectivity

Steps

  1. Open your browser and go to: https://app.ambulensi.org/authentication/login

  1. Enter your email address.

  1. Enter your password.

 

  1. Optional: Tick Remember Me for quicker access.

  1. Click Sign In.

Troubleshooting

  • “Invalid credentials”

    • Re-enter correct email and password.

    • If unsure → use Forgot Password.

  • Password reset email not received

    • Check spam/junk folders.

    • Wait 15 minutes.

    • Try again.

  • Account locked

    • Too many failed attempts.

    • Contact Dispatch Admin to unlock.

  • Login page not loading

    • Clear browser cache.

    • Check internet connection.

When to Raise a Ticket

  • Password reset link does not work

  • Login fails repeatedly despite correct credentials.

  • Login page shows an unexpected system error
