Linking Patients to Multiple Incidents

Purpose
Some patients may be involved in multiple incidents (e.g., repeat medical emergencies, interfacility transfers).
Steps
Open the Patient Care Record.
Scroll to Incident Associations.
Click + Link Incident.
Search for the relevant incident ID.
Select and save.
