Requirements

  • Modern browser (Chrome recommended)

  • Stable internet connection

  • Device: Desktop, Laptop, or Modern Smartphone

  • GPS hardware for ambulance tracking

Troubleshooting

  • Data not updating

    • Check network connectivity

    • Refresh browser

    • Ensure latest version of the browser

  • Slow system

    • High server load → try again in a few seconds

    • High device CPU usage → close unused tabs and apps

    • Clear cache

    • Restart browser

    • Update browser.

  • Processing delays

    • Server refresh expected → wait 1–2 minutes

  • Pages timing out

    • Check internet connection

    • Browser refresh

  • Features not loading

    • Update browser

    • Enable JavaScript

    • Clear browser cache

  • Buttons not responding

    • Reload page

    • Try another supported browser
