User Access & Permission Management SOP

Who this is for:

Admins, Super Admins

Prerequisites:

Admin access.

Purpose

Ensures appropriate system permissions to prevent misuse or data breaches.

Steps

  1. Verify identity and role of new user.

  2. Create user under Users → + Add User.

  3. Assign correct role (Dispatcher, EMT, Admin, etc.).

  4. Review permissions monthly.

  5. Deactivate users who:

    • Change departments

    • Leave employment

    • Are inactive for >45 days

Troubleshooting

  • User performing unauthorised actions → review role assignment.
