How to Create a New Incident

1. RESCUE

Who this is for:

Dispatchers

Prerequisites:

Dispatcher/Admin role.

Steps


  1. Open Incident Map.

  2. Click Create Incident.

  3. Select Rescue

  1. Enter caller details.

  2. Enter patient information.

  3. Select Category → Type → Priority.

  1. Set incident location on the map.

  2. Select available ambulance(s).

  3. Choose destination health facility.

  1. Click Create.

2. Referral

Who this is for:

Dispatchers

Prerequisites:

Dispatcher/Admin role.

Steps

  1. Open Incident Map

  2. Click Create Incident

  3. Select Referral

  1. Enter Patient Details

  2. Enter Referral Information

  3. Enter Referring Healthy Facility

  4. Enter Receiving Health Facility

  5. Select Ambulance

  1. Click Submit.

3. Transport

Who this is for:

Dispatchers

Prerequisites:

Dispatcher/Admin role.

Steps

  1. Open Incident map

  2. Click Create Incident

  3. Select Transport

  1. Enter Patient Details

  2. Enter Transport Details

  3. Enter Sender and Receiver Details

  1. Click Submit

Troubleshooting

  • Create button not working

    • Missing required fields → check form

    • Browser freeze → refresh

  • Location not saving

    • Map not loading due to network

    • Browser script blocked

  • No ambulances available

    • All units engaged, offline, or non-operational

When to Raise a Ticket

  • Incident creation repeatedly fails

  • Create button does nothing

  • Map location cannot be saved
