The Incident Block displays all information related to a single emergency incident.

What You Can See


  • Incident ID

  • Caller and patient details

  • Ambulance visualisation

  • ETA to scene and hospital

  • Status timeline

  • Routing and tracking

Steps to Open the Incident Block

  1. Open Incident Map.

  2. Click any incident pin.

  3. View the full Incident Block on the right side.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing ETA → GPS device offline.

  • Unable to view block → refresh page.
