Typical Priority Levels
Priority 1 (Critical) – life-threatening emergencies
Priority 2 (Urgent) – serious but stable
Priority 3 (Non-urgent) – minor injuries or stable conditions
Steps
Review caller interrogation notes.
Assign a priority based on:
Consciousness
Breathing status
Mechanism of injury
Multiple casualties
Update priority in the Incident Creation screen.
