Existing active incident.

When Do You Reassign?

  • Ambulance breaks down

  • Closer unit becomes available

  • Crew declines assignment

  • Traffic or access issues

Steps


  1. Open Incident Block.

  2. Click Edit Assignment.

  3. Choose new ambulance.

  4. Confirm and update.

Troubleshooting

  • Reassignment button disabled → incident already closed.
