How to Reset Your Ambulensi Password
Who this is for:
All users who have forgotten or wish to reset their password.
Prerequisites:
Access to the email registered with Ambulensi
Steps
Go to the login page: https://app.ambulensi.org
Click Forgot Password?
Enter your registered email.
Check your inbox for the reset link.
Create a new password and confirm it.
Troubleshooting
Reset link expired → Request a new one.
Email not received → Check spam or junk folders.
Email not found → Contact your administrator.
When to Raise a Ticket
You receive no password reset email after 15 minutes.
The reset link repeatedly fails.
