Who this is for:

All users

Prerequisites:

Familiarity with login process.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least one number & one symbol

  • No sharing of credentials

  • Change password every 90 days (recommended)

Account Security Rules

  • Three failed login attempts may lock your account.

  • Only Admins or EMKF support can unlock accounts.

When to Raise a Ticket

  • Locked account

  • Suspicious login alerts
