How to Conduct Caller Interrogation in Ambulensi

Prerequisites:

  • Training in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD)

  • Access to Ambulensi Incident Creation Panel

Purpose

Caller interrogation helps dispatchers classify incidents accurately and assign priority.

Steps

  1. Ask for the exact location of the emergency.

  2. Ask what happened (chief complaint).

  3. Ask about patient details (age, gender).

  4. Ask if the patient is conscious and breathing.

  5. Capture additional hazards or special circumstances.

  6. Enter all details into the Incident Creation form.

Troubleshooting

  • Caller unable to speak → request someone else on scene.

  • Location unclear → use map pin-drop adjustments.
